Hurrah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have my grandson Tristan coming for a sleepover tonight and tomorrow we will be experimenting by making 'Farm animal cupcakes'.

Getting ready for open day at Busy Bees nursery

Good morning everyone,

I hope your weekend has been sunny and filled with laughter. Apparently we have many more glorious days to look forward to, hurrah!!

Today I would like to share with you the date, time and venue of my very first Cupcakes 'n' Cards stall adventure. I am really looking forward to it and am just designing my bunting.

My first exciting adventure is on:

Saturday 29th June 
10am - 2 pm 
       at
Busy Bees Children's Day Nursery
Chatham Maritime, Historic Dockyard in Chatham, Kent.  

Busy Bees day nursery has been named as a Centre of Excellence and has the prestigious title from Ofsted as being an outstanding facility for the care and development of children from 3 months up to preschool.

'The Farm' is the theme of the day so look out for Cuddle Corner Farm for hands on fun with the animals. There will also be a bouncy castle and the special guests visiting Busy Bees on that day will be none other than Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

My Cupcakes 'n' Cards stall will continue the Farm theme with a selection of farm animal cupcakes and greetings cards. You will also find a variety of cards designed for 'wedding day', 'new baby', 'birthday' and more and other tasty cupcakes to tempt your taste buds.

I will have pictures of my lovely chicken family who supply me with the daily free range eggs for all of my home~baked products and today you will also be able to purchase my freshly baked bread rolls:

Honey and Wholemeal bread rolls are 30p each or 6 for £1.50

White bread rolls are 30p each or 6 for £1.30

Hand crafted greetings cards

After posting my 'Fun in the Sun' and making ice-cream cone cakes at the weekend, the weather has changed yet again.

In order to avoid today's wet and chilly weather, brrrr, I stayed indoors and designed and crafted a few birthday greetings cards. All of my hand~crafted cards have a paper insert with a stamped greeting relevant to the occasion. The cards I have shown here have either 'best wishes' or 'happy birthday' inside them.

Fun in the sun !

Hope everyone enjoyed the sunshine yesterday and its looking good outside at the moment too, hurrah!  

I spent a happy morning in my kitchen yesterday creating ideas and baking cupcakes.  As the sun was shining I decided it was time to celebrate summer and made some ice cream cone cupcakes too. Here is a small collection of the results.

My grandson Tristan loves nanny's cake, so check in to my blog next time when I will be sharing some cupcakes for boys!!

Still putting my blog together so thank you for your patience if you have taken a look so far. I hope it is beginning to reflect my ideas for Cupcakes 'n' Cards.



Over the next few days I am planning to create some more home made cupcakes and cards and will be uploading pictures of the finished products on my blog.
